The Milk

The milk is produced from healthy cows, in a clean environment, and rapidly cooled to 40 degrees in less than an hour. Milk tests are performed monthly to ensure low total coliform and standard platelet counts. Tests are performed weekly to ensure low somatic cell counts.  We have an on farm lab which allows us to test as frequently as needed and detect any cleanliness issues at the lowest level. It has been a huge asset to producing clean, low risk raw milk. We use a bucket milker which is well maintained and cleaned after each milking. Milk is bottled into plastic Smart Bottles which are BPA Free, compact, collapsible, cost effective, convenient and durable.
